Sponsorship is a critical issue for most sporting / community clubs and, for The Pooraka Sports and Community Club, committed sponsors assist in meeting our financial liabilities, developing our playing ranks, maintaining / improving our facilities and extending our reach into the local community.

Good management assists in addressing those matters but without doubt, the involvement of sponsors enables us to progress, evolve and remain competitive within our sporting disciplines.

Sponsorship opportunities exist in the following areas:

• The Pooraka Sports and Community Club
• The Pooraka Football Club (Seniors and Juniors)
• The Pooraka Cricket Club (Seniors and Juniors)

We are extremely grateful for the commitment provided by our existing sponsors and seek to recognise their involvement in a number of ways – including banners around the oval on home games, recognition at events, recognition on this site, recognition on an e-mailing program we are about to launch which will find its way to almost 500 people each time we use the program and engagement in Club events.

We are hopeful that we may be able to instal a new electronic scoreboard (for use during both football and cricket seasons) in the not-too-distant future, which may enable further recognition of major sponsors on match days.

We encourage all Pooraka people to familiarise themselves with our sponsors and where possible, make use of their services.
